I’m getting my Bible on, today. Did you know that just some of the many other ways to describe grace, in the Bible, are goodwill, loving-kindness, and favour?
I love that.
I need that.
God gives that.
Acts 4:33 says what I long for more of, in my own heart, every day.
Allow me to share a dozen different ways to say it:
“and great grace (loving-kindness and favor and goodwill) rested richly upon them all.” (AMP)
“God greatly blessed his followers,” (CEV)
“…and great grace was upon them all.” (ESV)
“…and God poured rich blessings on them all..” (GNT)
“God’s abundant good will[a] was with all of them. ” (GW)
“…and abundant grace was upon them all.” (NASB)
“And God blessed all the believers very much. ” (NCV)
“And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all.” (NIV)
“And great grace was upon them all. ” (NKJV)
“And they were greatly blessed by God.” (RSV)
“…and there was warm fellowship among all the believers,” (TLB)
“Everyone was surrounded by an extraordinary grace.” (VOICE)
May it be true for you, and me, today.
This post is day 12 in my Write 31 Days challenge.
